Our Personalised Phonic Jigsaws are educational as well as fun. Each Phonic Jigsaw is custom-made, showing your child's name spelt out in large, brightly coloured lettering, with each letter accompanied by an animal whose name begins with the same letter. Matching the shapes of the letters to the sounds of the animal names will help your child learn to read and spell their name. In addition, putting together the chunky jigsaw pieces is an excellent way for your child to develop their hand-eye co-ordination. An excellent way to give your child a head start before starting nursery or school.
We do not penalise children with long names, preferring to charge per Jigsaw rather than per letter. (We feel that they have enough to deal with!) Likewise, children with short names will have extra pieces cut in their Jigsaws on some of the designs.
All of our Personalised Jigsaw Puzzles are made from 6mm MDF wood, are approximately 15cm x 38cm (6" x 15") in size and are completely child-safe and C.E. approved.
