Making a Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to Checkout", and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You can pay online using any major credit card (MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro or Solo). Simply select either "PayPal & Credit Card" or "HSBC Secure ePayments" at the Payment Method stage, and then follow the instructions after you are redirected to the payment site. You do not need a PayPal or HSBC account to pay. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your transaction will be converted to your own currency.

Shipping and Handling All orders are now subject to postage and packaging charges.

Delivery Schedule Because our products are personalised, all products are made to order. We therefore do not hold any fully made products in stock.

Most wooden products are dispatched in 2-4 days. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.

Photographic products are dispatched in 3-5 days, upon receipt of photographs. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.

Tax Charges All prices include 15.0% VAT.

Credit Card Security Any credit card numbers entered online are handled by PayPal or HSBC, depending on the payment method you choose. Your credit card number will not be passed to our site and will not held in clear text on any website.
